We service ALL irrigation brands but only install Rainbird and Hunter products due to their superior quality and excellent five year warranty.
Please note: parts for repairs will be extra. All prices include the first hour. Any time over the first hour will be billed in 15 minute increments.*

Residential: $85 per hour
Commercial: $100 per hour
Seasonal Services
SPRING START-UP SERVICE
Turn the water on to the system. Check the back flow preventer for any leaks and charge the mainline. Check for leaks in valve box. Turn the system on via the sprinkler controller. Each station will be checked for proper head adjustment, leaks, water efficiently and proper coverage. The controller will be set up to automatically run your system for typical Spring weather conditions.
Residential: $85 per hour

EARLY-SEASON CHECK (JUNE) | MID-SEASON CHECK (JULY) | LATE-SEASON CHECK (AUG)
Check each station via the controller. Again each station will be checked for proper head adjustment, leaks, water efficiency and proper coverage. In addition the controller will be set up to run in typical weather conditions for each month.
Residential: $85 per hour
Commercial: $100 per hour
FALL WINTERIZATION
Shut water supply off to the sprinkler system and drain. Connect airline to the back-flow and blow air through each station until all the water is exhausted from the pipes. This will ensure that there are no freeze breaks in the system. Turn the controller to the off position.
Residential: Starting at $75 up to eight zones +$5 per additional zone.
